Announces Collaboration with State of Ohio Wage and Labor Compliance Expert
Labor and Wage Solutions, an organization specializing in Wage and Hour compliance services through consulting, educational compliance training and development, announced today a collaboration with Jackie Clark. Clark is a compliance consultant focused on Prevailing Wage, Minimum Wage and other labor regulations.
Clark’s career spanned 30 years at the State of Ohio Wage and Hour Division and culminated with her role as Wage and Hour Investigator Supervisor. She led and conducted thousands of complex investigations related to the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage, Minimum Wage, Child Labor Laws, and related regulations. Clark initiated numerous practices, policies and procedures which the State of Ohio continues to use. As Supervisor, she not only reviewed the case load of the investigators, but initiated an educational initiative, which resulted in hundreds of presentations on the Ohio Labor Laws throughout Ohio.
Jackie’s expertise provides clients of LAWS an inside view of how the State of Ohio approaches a variety of regulations and investigations. Clark is a frequent speaker and expert consultant on wage and hour matters to business, public authorities and organizations and is known for not only her expertise but her passion and integrity with respect to labor regulations.
